1. The battery must be charged using the Fast Charge Hub officially sold by Insta360 or connected to the corresponding camera via the camera's power adapter.
2. Ambient temperature for battery charging: 0°C to 40°C (0 to 104°F), Ambient temperature for battery use: -20°C to 40°C (-4° to 104°F), do not use or batteries do not store in a hot environment. This may affect or shorten battery life.
3 When charging with a hub, make sure the battery charging point is aligned on the same side as the status indicators.
4. It is recommended to connect the Fast Charge Hub to a 12V 3A power adapter. Using an adapter above 2V 3A may not increase the charging speed or may produce unexpected results. When the voltage is below 2V 3A, the current charging may not work properly and the charging time may be extended.
5. Carefully check the condition of the battery buckle and waterproof rubber ring before use. If there is any damage, it may affect the waterproofness of the camera.
6. It is strictly forbidden to use batteries not officially sold by Insta360. If you need to replace the battery, please purchase it from the official Insta360 website or through designated channels.
