The rear OLED display now reaches a brightness of up to 1000 nits. Every shot will be clear, with rich colors and high contrast, thanks to the front and rear OLED touch screens. Both displays are slightly larger and have thinner bezels, increasing the display-to-body ratio by 16%. [3]

Durability is ensured by tempered glass and surface treatment against fingerprints ensures sensitive touch control even when the display is wet. [4] Always On Display mode allows recording length and specifications to be displayed on both displays, reducing power consumption.

Accurate colors with 10-bit D-Log M

On the Action 5 Pro's front and rear displays, you can see 10-bit D-Log M footage with true color reproduction, allowing easy color and brightness adjustments for professional-quality footage.

The 4:3 aspect ratio uses every pixel

Thanks to the improvement of maximum video parameters to 4K/120 fps in 4:3 aspect ratio and full-scale recording in 4K resolution (3840 × 2880), you get more space for composition and more flexibility when cropping shots.

32x slow motion shots

The 32x Super Slow Motion function brings an immersive experience. The powerful 4nm chip of the Action 5 Pro camera can analyze individual frames and achieve up to 32x slow-motion shots using 4x interpolation. [7] When shooting at 1080p/240 fps and post-processing, you can create video equivalent to 960 frames per second.

DJI has added an object tracking feature to the Action 5 Pro camera, which intelligently detects the position of the subject and dynamically adjusts the composition. Keep the subject in the center of the frame in both horizontal and vertical shooting. [8]

Batteries with higher performance. The new battery provides up to four hours of continuous operation. [1] Compared to the Action 4, battery life has been increased by 50%. Even at extremely low temperatures (up to -20 °C), the battery lasts up to 3.6 hours. [9]

360° HorizonSteady : The HorizonSteady function not only effectively dampens shocks, but also adjusts the horizontal tilt in the range of 360°, handling intense shocks and rotations without problems. The HorizonBalancing function adjusts the horizontal tilt in the range of ±45° and supports video recording up to 4K/60 fps.
RockSteady 3.0 : This mode effectively eliminates vibration while maintaining dynamic motion, providing a more distinct first-person perspective and supporting up to 4K/120 fps shooting.

Integrated professional water pressure gauge for intelligent sensing

Action 5 Pro allows you to monitor the depth and time underwater in real time while diving or swimming [11]. You can enhance your footage by adding depth data in the Mimo app. The camera automatically starts or stops recording when entering or exiting the water [12], allowing you to capture every exciting moment while guaranteeing sharp and effective shots.

Waterproof up to 20 meters

The durable, waterproof camera body enhances the waterproofness of the Osmo Action. It is certified according to the EN13319 standard, which ensures compliance with the internationally recognized standard for diving accessories. Just turn on the camera and you can dive up to a depth of 20 meters [13] without the need for additional accessories.

High quality footage underwater

Thanks to the integrated color temperature sensor, the Action 5 Pro provides true and vivid colors. Together with the Mimo Vivid Underwater function, it guarantees even better and more natural underwater shots.

OsmoAudio™ ecosystem for professional audio recording

The Action 5 Pro can be directly connected to the DJI Mic 2 transmitter [14] via Bluetooth using the DJI OsmoAudio™ ecosystem, allowing it to record high-sampling audio. This setup provides studio-quality sound without the need for a receiver, so you don't have to worry about losing your gear while driving. When paired with two transmitters, conversations are captured clearly. By activating the audio backup function from the integrated microphone, the Action 5 Pro camera simultaneously records ambient sounds, adding more authenticity to your videos.

Always On Display function

Both the front and rear displays show only basic information about recording and duration when the brightness is reduced. This saves battery life and reduces interference caused by reflections on the display.

Mimo app: Smart capture and editing

Once wirelessly connected to the Action 5 Pro, you can preview the camera and easily adjust camera settings in the Mimo app. The app offers a wide range of editing templates and a One-Tap Edit feature that allows quick editing without downloading the video, saving space on your phone's storage. Mimo also provides special editing tools for action cameras, such as Sports Dashboard, Vivid Underwater, and InvisiStick, allowing you to easily create professional-looking videos.
